Work boats
In collaboration with the Water and shipping Direction Minden work boats of type "Spatz" were developed in 1993. These ships stand out for their versatility. On our shipyard more than 100 work boats in various different modifcations are build, which are optimally customized to their special duties. The ships can be equipped with different motorization, wheel-away helmstand, push and tug equipment, crane and measurement instrumentation.
For shallow water the type boat is developed further to achieve a draught of only 0,65 m: Development and application of patrol and work boats with low draught (type Spatz) (in german).
Work boat Stade

The work boat "Stade" sails under the command of the Water and Shipping Direction Hamburg on the Lower Elbe. The ship is applied for construction on the waterside. It is equipped with a crane, trail hook, push equipment and measurement instrumentation. The mast is hydraulically foldable. |

Work and surveying boat Rosslau

The work and surveying boat "Rosslau" sails under the command of the Water and Shipping Directorate Dresden and is able to map the ground of a river. It is equipped with a direction finder, DGPS, a radar device, an echograph, push equipment, an air-conditioning system. |

Work boat Faehrhuck for the coastal region

The work boat "Faehrhuck" sails under the command of the Water and Shipping Directorate Wilhelmshaven on the coast of the North Sea. The hull of the type boat "Spatz" was modified to increase the sea-going perfomance. The boat is certified by the GL for K10. |

Work boat Finowfurt with wheel-away helmstand

The work boat "Finowfurt" sails under the command of the Water and Shipping Directorate Eberswalde on the Oder and the Finow canal. The boat has a wheel-away helmstand to ensure a good visibilty when prams are pushed and to permit the passage of the low bridges of the Finow canal. |
